Pantheon
The Pantheon was originally built as a church dedicated to St. Genevieve, now functions as a secular mausoleum containing the remains of distinguished French citizens, ironically many of them atheists. Marie Curie, Alexander Dumas, Voltaire, Victor Hugo, Louis Braille, Emile Zola and more. I've spent a great deal of time very near here but this was my first time going in. The building itself and the murals on the wall are worth the visit.
